When will my order be posted?
Current processing time is between 2-3 business days, however most items are being sent out the following day. Please note during peak holiday periods or sales this could increase. All pickup orders require at least 24 hours notice prior.
How will you send my order?
All items are shipped using Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post) or our courier partners. Transit time is estimated between 2-6 business days. However at the moment Australia Post are experiencing significant delays, so please refer to the Australia Post website for updated shipping times. If the item is substantially large we may choose to use a courier.
